1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.

2. Return Advice form must be filled out and enclosed with the products returned.

3. Where items are received without the Return Advice form, we reserve the right to issue a credit voucher as full and final payment of the refund.

4. We recommend that you return the product via Australia post. You must pre pay all returns postage, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia post. Department Store Australia reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.

5. Any parcels received Cash on Delivery or More To Pay will be deducted from your refund.

6. If you are returning a faulty item for a replacement please also complete a Return Advice Form. The purchsaer must pay for postage and handling back to us  - For further advice please contact our Customer Service Department on 1300 800 247.

Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents. Department Store Australia offers a warranty on repairs.

Should your product require repairs within 12 months from the date of purchase , then Department Australia will repair the product free of charge (postage and handling fees apply). Please keep your sales docket as proof of commencement of the warranty period. You will be requested to produce the docket when returning the product for repair under warranty.

Department Store Australia recommends that all safety instructions are read prior to using any product. Remember to keep the safety instructions in a handy location for easy reference whenever the product is used.
